Public demonstration terms.
These terms describe the MatterDAV public website and synthetic sandbox. A live service is subject to its applicable customer agreement.
Demonstration only
The public sandbox uses synthetic content, provides no professional or legal advice, performs no credit debit or billing, and does not modify a production matter.
Authorised use
Use the website lawfully and do not submit real confidential or personal information to the public sandbox. Do not interfere with the service, its security or the rights of ARCEN or another person.
Professional control
MatterDAV supports structured preparation and review. It does not replace an authorised professional decision, and no public-demo output should be treated as a final professional determination.
Live activation
Service activation, service levels, credits, privacy, security and commercial obligations will be governed by the agreement presented for the applicable live service.
